We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with good knowledge of Tally and MS Excel to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the accounts team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Maintain financial data and reports using MS Excel.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
Support GST-related data preparation and basic accounting reports.
Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or a related role.
Good working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of formulas, sorting, filtering, and data management in Excel.
Familiarity with GST and bank reconciliation will be an advantage.
Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
