Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at at Mahavir Transmission Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers an In hand salary ₹20,000 - ₹24,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit entries and reconciliation with bank records, FDR tracking, Bank Interest, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

• Accounting Assistance: Assist in preparing financial statements, accounts reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST, TDS and other regulatory requirements.

• Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.

• Minimum 2-4 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing company.

• Accounting Knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including financial accounting and GST.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Accounting Software: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy and industry specific ERP).

• GST Knowledge: Knowledge of GST laws and regulations.

• Analytical Skills: Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
