Mahavir Transmission Limited is seeking a young, dynamic, and detail-oriented Accounts Coordination Executive to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in providing comprehensive operational assistance to the GM – Accounts. The position offers 20,000 to 24,000 In Hand Salary and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive operational assistance to the GM – Accounts.
Coordinate and follow up with plant and corporate accounts teams for various reports, reconciliations, and data requirements.
Assist in compiling MIS reports, audit schedules, and ERP documentation.
Prepare, record and maintain KPI’s and KRA’s of team members of accounts department.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and organizational information.
Support in ERP implementation tracking, report generation, and testing of new modules.
Organize and manage internal meetings and related documentation.
Ensure timely flow of information between Accounts and other departments such as Purchase, Stores, Production, and HR.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration (BBA Preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good command over MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with ERP systems and report handling.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
High level of confidentiality, discipline, and integrity.
