Job Responsibilities
Costing & Job Management
Prepare accurate job costings using Zoho Creator.
Coordinate with finance and procurement to verify material and overhead costs.
Sales Documentation
Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices for client approval.
Generate Sales Orders after confirming job costing and client PO.
Schedule approved jobs with production and track readiness.
Dispatch Operations
Generate and verify dispatch documents: Final Invoice, Lorry Receipt (LR), E-Way Bill, Packing List (PL).
Ensure timely dispatch documentation is shared with clients and logistics.
Sales Entry & Audit Filing
Record sales in accounting/ERP systems like Tally or Zoho Books.
Maintain organized filing of invoices and dispatch records for audits.
Marine Insurance Handling
Maintain insurance records for shipments.
Ensure all declarations and policies are correctly in place for every dispatch.
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, or similar field
1 years of experience in Sales Support, Dispatch, or Commercial Operations
Familiarity with ERP systems, document workflows, Excel , word and GST compliance
Strong documentation discipline, professionalism in email communication, and accuracy
