Job Description – Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Preparing invoices and maintaining billing record
Client and vendor coordination for payments and reconciliations
Follow-up on outstanding payments
Maintaining proper documentation and records
Drafting and responding to official emails
Assisting in day-to-day accounting activities
Isreal related accounting process
Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts
Basic knowledge of AR, AP, invoicing, and documentation
Good communication and email writing skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
