Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and finalize books of accounts
Manage income tax calculations, filings, and compliance
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Handle and guide the accounting team, assign tasks, and monitor performance
Prepare financial reports and MIS as required by management
Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in Income Tax and Audit processes
Ability to handle and lead a team effectively
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
