Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring statutory compliance, and coordinating effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally Prime
Handle daily bookkeeping and financial transactions
Prepare invoices, process payments, and perform bank reconciliations
Assist in GST and TDS calculations, filings, and compliance
Manage banking activities and related documentation
Coordinate with clients for financial data, queries, and follow-ups
Support senior accountants in audits and financial reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Good communication and client management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in a similar accounting role
