Job Description

1) Meet all statutory compliance such as TDS, GST, annual returns, within deadline

2) Maintain correct book of accounts in tally, hard copies and filings

3) Maintain banking relationship

4) Develop MIS, forecast and other reports as and when requested by management

5) Implement systems & process and oversee implementation of finance policy

6) Provide input and work closely with HR department, logistics department and admin department to ensure all accounting/finance related matters are well integrated

7) Liaise and assist accounts manager for working with CA and CS and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements

8) Implement proper payments and receivable system as established in company

9) Managing profits, cashflow, assets, EBITDA of company by closely working with accounts manager

10) Meet audit requirements of new investors as and when the company raises funds
