Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

Conduct collection calls to ensure timely payment recovery.

Handle Accounts Payable , journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

Maintain invoices, financial records, and supporting documents.

Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS.

Coordinate with internal teams for accurate billing and resolve payment discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Strong communication skills for client coordination and payment follow-ups.
