Accounts Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager who has a background in accounting and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all accounting records.

• Handle invoicing, sales & purchase entries, and ledger maintenance.

• Prepare and reconcile statements.

• Coordinate with our external accounting agency for GST filing and related compliance.

• Assist in preparation of financial reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of bills and vouchers.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce / Accounting background (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred).

• Must have working knowledge of accounting software — BUSY or Tally (preferred).

• Good understanding of GST, sales/purchase entry, and general accounting principles.

• Basic computer and MS Excel, skills.

• Should be responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
