Your Main Work:

• Use MS Office (Word, Excel) and Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime for daily accounting work.

• Talk with branch offices, vendors, and clients by email or phone.

• Record sales, purchase, and voucher entries in Tally.

• Do bank work like NEFT/RTGS transfers and issuing cheques.

• Keep records of daily expenses, payments, and petty cash.

• Make GST invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.

• Update and keep TDS and GST details ready for filing.

• File GSTR-3B, GSTR-1, GSTR-2, and TDS returns on time.

• Make TDS and GST payments before the due date.

• Do monthly bank reconciliation and check company accounts.

• Maintain salary sheets and calculate ESI & PF.

• Prepare monthly reports (MIS) for management.

Skills You Need:

• 2–3 years of accounting experience.

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Prime.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, ESI, and PF rules.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently and finish tasks on time.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
