Job Summary – Accounts Executive
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the organisation by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role includes handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, preparing and verifying invoices, processing vendor payments, following up on customer collections, maintaining the General Ledger (GL), performing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), and assisting with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. The Accounts Executive is also responsible for maintaining invoice and Delivery Challan (DC) registers, preparing financial reports, supporting internal and statutory audits, and ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
