Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data

• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance's

• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Support internal and external audits

• Maintain confidentiality of financial information

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven work experience as an Accountant minimum 2 years

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Indian taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP) and MS Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 6 months - 6+ years Experience.
