Job Title: Accounts Billing Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Billing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Advanced Excel, and be comfortable handling invoices, reconciliations, GST, and both customer and vendor queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage accurate sales and purchase invoices.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain day-to-day accounting records.

• Record sales and purchase entries in Tally ERP.

• Handle GST calculations and ensure timely compliance.

• Address and resolve customer and vendor billing queries promptly.

• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting processes.

• Maintain clear documentation of all billing and accounting transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for billing-related data and discrepancies.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing processes, and accounting principles.

• Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).

• Experience in bank reconciliation, sales & purchase entries, and GST returns/calculations.

• Good communication skills to manage customer and vendor queries.

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts and billing.
