📌 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and hands-on experience in independently managing accounting functions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and ledger management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory requirements
Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
Ensure accurate and timely GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory filings
Manage payroll coordination and compliance
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Monitor cash flow statements and budgeting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations
Identify process gaps and implement effective financial controls
Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making
Support the Accounts/Finance Head in all financial functions

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Accounting Software
Excellent understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory laws
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and coordination skills

🎓 Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter preferred
Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations
