Sales,warranty,Export, scrap and credit note invoice genrating.

2.Preparing GSTR1.

3.GSTR2B Reconcilation.

4.Cash Entry in D365.

5.Deutsche Bank entry in D365. 6.IRN Activity. 7.Import invoice GRN. 8.Export Invoice booking (Tally) Secondary Responsibility:

1.Preparing Sales Register. 2.Waterpump landed cost & sales % working

3.All transport billing checking(purchase & sales).

4.Preparing RDC (In & out)

5.Insert verification(Monthly). . 6.Purchase cost.(IHH & IHR).

Additional Responsibility:

1.Filing shipping Bill and Bill of Lading(Excel).

2.SIMS Registration.

3.Inward, outward & RDC note checking(daily morning). 4.Stock verification(Monthly). 5.Searching old files as per query.

4.Married candidates are preferred for this position.
