Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall accounting process. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

• Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

• Liaise with external vendors, clients, and financial institutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.

• Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of local accounting laws and regulations

• CPA or similar certification is a plus.
