Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our accounts team in Perungudi, Chennai. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and assist with statutory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts, ledger entries, and journal entries

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings

• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing

• Maintain petty cash and expense reports

• Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficiency in Tally ERP or any accounting software

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory norms

• Strong Excel and analytical skills

• Attention to detail and good communication skills
