Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Basic Accounting & Data Entry

Pass accounting entries in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Payment, Receipt, Journal)
Maintain cash book and bank entries
Assist in ledger creation and maintenance
Support in daily bookkeeping activities

GST & TDS Support

Assist in preparing GST working and returns
Support in TDS calculation and challan preparation
Maintain proper documentation for compliance

Reconciliation & Reporting

Help in bank reconciliation
Assist in preparing basic MIS reports in MS Excel
Maintain accounting records and vouchers properly

Audit Support

Assist seniors during internal or statutory audits
Coordinate with CA when required
