Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with practical experience in accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate must have independently handled GST and TDS filings and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Independently prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns).
Handle TDS compliance, including deduction, return filing, and reconciliation.
Maintain books of accounts using Tally or other accounting software.
Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
Prepare and reconcile GST and TDS working papers.
Assist in income tax and audit-related documentation.
Ensure timely statutory compliance and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with clients for financial documents and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience in GST & TDS filing (must have filed returns independently).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good understanding of statutory compliance.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
