Job Description - Junior Accountant

Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days Working
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Depends on interview and skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally and Busy software.

• Handle billing & invoicing with accuracy.

• Maintain and monitor stock inwards and outwards.

• Create and manage courier shipments through Delhivery and other logistics partners.

• Prepare and maintain GST-related data (sales, purchase, reconciliation).

• Assist in preparation of TDS & TCS data for filing.

• Support in month-end closing and maintain proper records.

• Coordinate with accounts team for audit and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tally & Busy software.

• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and stock management.

• Experience in handling courier portals (Delhivery, etc.).

• Basic understanding of GST, TDS & TCS.

• Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office tools.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Education: B.Com or related field.
