Accounts Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive for our warehouse operations, who can efficiently manage ecommerce order dispatch, returns, and platform accounting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in ecommerce operations and accounting functions, especially with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily ecommerce order dispatches from the warehouse (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.).

• Prepare and maintain order forms, packing slips, and shipping labels.

• Manage and track returns and cancellations, and maintain accurate return reports.

• Perform ecommerce reconciliation for all platforms – tallying payouts, fees, penalties, and returns with internal records.

• Coordinate with the ecommerce team for order status, stock availability, and dispatch timelines.

• Prepare weekly and monthly accounting reports related to ecommerce transactions.

• Ensure timely updating of order data and documents for internal records and audits.

• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth operational flow.
