Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance & Account Executive to manage and oversee daily financial operations,

including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate

will ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, support budgeting processes, and

maintain organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions for accuracy.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 6 months of experience in finance/accounting.

• Experience with GST.

• Proficiency in accounting software tally and MS Excel.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
