Job Description & Day-to-Day Operations:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of the logistics or freight forwarding industry cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and entries in accounting software.

• Handle freight forwarding invoices, billing, vendor payments, and client receipts.

• Reconcile vendor statements, shipping line invoices, and bank statements.

• Assist in GST filing, TDS compliance, and maintaining proper financial documentation.

• Coordinate with the operations team to verify ocean/air freight charges and local transport costs.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (B.Com / BBA or equivalent accounting degree).

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of mandate experience strictly in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Transport sector accounting.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
