Full Time
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Maintain ledgers and ensure timely accounting entries.
Prepare GST-related data, returns, and supporting documents.
Assist with TDS calculations, payments, and returns.
Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding payments, invoices, and outstanding balances.
Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, debit notes, and credit notes.
Monitor receivables and follow up for outstanding payments.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Assist auditors and consultants by providing required documents and information.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory requirements.
Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
