About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage accounting and operational activities for our Lucknow location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, stock management, and daily financial operations, with a strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily accounts and cash book.

• Monitor and reconcile stock entries, purchase, and dispatch records.

• Record and verify daily expenses, collections, and petty cash.

• Support in vendor payments and invoice verification.

• Prepare and share daily expense and collection reports with the head office.

• Ensure proper filing of bills, vouchers, and financial documents.

• Coordinate with the central accounts team for month-end closing and reporting.

• Assist in stock audits and reconciliation of discrepancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in FMCG, trading, or warehousing operations.

• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage accounting operations independently at the site level.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (in hand)
