Prepare, check, and submit monthly bills for BMC manpower servicesVerify attendance, muster rolls, wage sheets, and supporting documentsAudit bills before submission to avoid objections and delaysMaintain billing records, registers, and payment trackingCoordinate with back office and site staff for data and clarificationsFollow up on bill status, queries, and approvals with concerned departmentsMaintain proper documentation as per BMC norms and contract termsAccounts and Compliance:Tally entries for expenses, payments, and receiptsGST return filing and reconciliationBasic knowledge of PF, ESIC, and statutory deductionsBank payment entries and reconciliationMaintain audit-ready records.
