Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The role involves handling bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, and journals.

Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments.

Prepare and verify bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and account statements.

Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Handle accounts payable and receivable management.

Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

Ensure timely closing of books of accounts.

Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company data.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP, QuickBooks).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
