Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, GST, TDS and will play a key role in supporting the preparation of financial reports.Responsibilities*Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally entries, ledgers, vouchers, etc.)* * Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customerCollections.* Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor & customer reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations. *Monitor day-to-day cash flow, Hub expenses and petty cash management.*Ensure timely invoicing, credit control and follow-up with vendors/clients for payments.*Monitor transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices.* Monitor bank deposits and payments, etc.*Maintain and update financial databases, records, and reports.* Preparation of Debtors/Creditors Ageing analysis report on weekly basis.Qualification*Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com)* Proven work experience of 1-2 years as Accounts Executive, Accountant or in a similar role.* Strong knowledge of accounting principles GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.* Proficiency in MS Excel, Google sheet or other accounting software.* Good communication and interpersonal skills
