Job Title: Accounts Executive

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST filing, TDS, and general accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping

• Prepare and review GST working and file GST returns on time

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing

• Assist in reconciliation of accounts, vendor ledger, and bank statements

• Support in preparation of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment entries

• Monitor statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other tax-related matters

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for accounting support

• Assist in month-end closing and audit-related requirements

• Maintain proper documentation and financial records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1 to 5 years of experience in accounts and taxation

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles

• Good command over MS Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience in ERP/accounting software

• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and vendor payment process
