Job Description

The Account Assistant & Office Administrator is responsible for supporting daily accounting activities while ensuring smooth office operations. This role combines financial record-keeping with administrative coordination and requires strong organizational, communication, and basic accounting skills.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records• Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes• Prepare bills, vouchers, expense statements, and payment follow-ups• Support payroll processing and statutory compliance • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities• Help prepare basic financial reports for managementOffice Administration• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks• Maintain office files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence• Manage office supplies and inventory• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist with travel arrangements• Support HR-related administrative tasks such as attendance and leave recordsRequired Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and office proceduresSkills & Competencies• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., Tally)• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• High attention to detail and accuracy• Good verbal and written communication skills• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly• Problem-solving and time-management skillsExperience• 1–3 years of experience in accounting and/or office administration• Freshers with relevant skills may also be consideredWork Environment• Office-based role• Standard business hoursContact Us Umeshha Sir 9167745741
