Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP 9.

• Handle GST compliance including input/output reconciliation, filing of monthly/quarterly returns.

• Manage TDS computation and filing, ensuring timely deduction and deposit.

• Prepare and verify banking transactions, bank reconciliation statements, and coordinate with banks for routine requirements.

• Assist in the preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss account, and other financial statements.

• Support in statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance-related activities.

• Maintain records of accounts payable and receivable.

• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping of all accounting transactions.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).

• Minimum [2 years of experience in accounting (real estate industry experience preferred).

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Return Filing processes.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills
