Job Description

We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive
Location: Thane
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.2 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting using Tally Prime & ERP systems
Handle Accounts Receivable (student fee collection) & Accounts Payable
Perform bank reconciliations & manage petty cash
Ensure GST & TDS compliance and filings
Support audits and financial reporting
Process payroll in coordination with HR
Prepare weekly reports & monthly P&L statements

✅ Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / Finance or Accounting degree
2–5 years of relevant experience (Education/Service industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Good communication and attention to detail
