Accounts Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the preparation of financial reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update day-to-day financial records and ledgers.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.

• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Coordinate with internal departments on financial matters.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
