Accounts Executive

We are looking for a Accounts executive to join our team at HS Comply Bharat LLP having its corporate office situated at Office No. 428 & 429, Westend Mall, District Centre, Janak Puri, Delhi- 110058. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000/- and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• should have good knowledge in Tally, Busy, Excel and other related software.

• Manage all accounting transactions of various client independently.

• Reconcile bank, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other.

• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

• Publish financial statements in time.

• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns (TDS, GST, Income Tax).

• Audit financial transactions and documents.

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• Required minimum 2 year working experience (CA Firm).

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a strong background in bookkeeping and a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for the role is Graduate in Commerce (i.e. B.Com) and possess 02 to 05 years of experience in accounting or finance. Candidates must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
