Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at AKGVG AND ASSOCIATES. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹22000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.

  • Record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments & receipts, and journal entries.

  • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.

  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.

  • Perform day-to-day. bookkeeping tasks such as recording financial transactions and daily routine as per company policy.

  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

  • Record and maintain all the entries of day-to-day business transactions like Sales, Purchase, Payment, receipts, purchase Order etc.

  • Finalization of Accounts & comply with the provisions of GST, TDS & ITR including knowledge of filling their returns.

  • Experience in accounts payable processes.

  • Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and communication skills.

    Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience.
