Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to oversee all financial operations, including managing payments, tracking expenses, handling bank deposits, and preparing budgets for Gurgaon Location at Sector 45 Gurgaon. The role involves auditing financial records, bank statements, and calculating taxes and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits.

• Support senior management with financial analysis and special projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software e.g. MS Office, especially Excel, and Tally.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
