Job Opening: Accounts Executive

Address: BKC, Mumbai

Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (with the 2nd Saturday and Sunday off)

About Us:

Founded in 1960, the diamond business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day accounting.

2. Prepare and file GST.

3. Manage TDS calculation.

4. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor banking activities.

5. Maintain accounts payable/receivable.

6. Generate reports in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

7. Work on Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime for end-to-end accounting tasks.

8. Assist with audits, statutory compliance, and documentation.

9. Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

1. B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.

2. Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and advanced Excel.

3. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

4. Experience with banking procedures and reconciliations.

5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
