Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting principles and excellent proficiency in MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries in accounting software

• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and bills

• Handle bank reconciliation and cash/bank entries

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records

• Assist in GST-related work (returns, reconciliation, data preparation)

• Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel functions

• Maintain Excel sheets for expenses, sales, purchases, and ledgers

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data analysis)

• Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/Busy/ERP preferred)

• Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance

• Good analytical and organizational skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in handling accounts independently

• Strong Excel reporting and data management skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities
