Job Description

Daily accounting entries in Tally.
Sales and purchase entries.
Bank reconciliation.
Payment and receipt entries.
Invoice preparation and record maintenance.
GST and TDS related data preparation.
Vendor and customer account reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash records.
Prepare reports in MS Excel.
Maintain proper accounting records and documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related work.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive/Accountant.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
Experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS and basic accounting.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
