· Manage financial records, bookkeeping, and daily accounting transactions.
· Prepare and file GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
· Ensure compliance with legal, taxation, and company regulations.
· Analysed financial data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
· Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
· Prepare bank reconciliations, vouchers, invoices, and expense statements.
· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
· Provide guidance on tax planning, cost-saving, and financial improvement opportunities.
· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
· Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursement documentation.
· Work on SAP software for accounting entries, reports, and financial management.
· Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance for audits and inspections.
· Knowledge of Accounting Principles and Taxation.
· Experience with SAP Software.
· Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESIC compliance.
· SAP knowledge preferred.
