Accounts Executive

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Assistant/ Intern to join our finance team and support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions (purchase, sales, expenses, petty cash, etc.)

• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)

• Prepare and reconcile bank statements

• Track invoices, payments, and receivables

• Create PO, DC in Tally

• Assist with GST filing, TDS, and other tax-related documentation under supervision.

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Organize and maintain accounting records and documents (both digital and physical).

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for payment clarification or documentation.

• Support audits and assist in inventory management if required.

• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Com.

• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, or other tools)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or academic project experience in accounting or finance.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance processes.

• Interest or experience in the construction/interior design industry is a plus.
