Job Description

Accounts Executive — Hiring

Role: Accounts Executive

Experience: 3–4 years (GST & TDS knowledge)
Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 / month

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally / accounting software.
Prepare & manage sales & purchase invoices.
Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure GST compliance.
Calculate, deduct, and file TDS.
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor transactions.
Track AP / AR and follow up on pending payments.
Prepare financial reports and maintain documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management.
Maintain expense/payment/receipt records.
Manage online platform account entries (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit).
Must‑have Skills
Proficient in Tally or similar accounting software.
Strong knowledge of GST & TDS processes.
Good MS Excel skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
