Job Description

Account Executive for Siliguri
Salary- ₹ 16000/- to 18000/-
Qualification- B.Com
Experience- Minimum 2 years plus
Candidates should have good knowledge on Tally and GST
Job Role-
Daily Transaction Management
Sales Ledger: Reconcile daily point-of-sale (POS) counter sales, cash drawer balances, and credit/debit card settlements.
Invoicing & Credits: Generate commercial invoices for local garages/workshops and issue credit notes for returned parts or core returns.
Accounts Receivable: Track outstanding balances from commercial mechanic accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
Purchase & Inventory Accounting
Supplier Bill Matching: Match supplier invoices with Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and purchase orders to ensure the shop is only paying for what was actually delivered.
Accounts Payable: Record bills from parts manufacturers, local distributors, and logistics providers, keeping track of payment due dates to utilize early payment discounts.
SKU & Inventory Audits: Help the inventory manager reconcile physical stocktakes with the accounting software, adjusting for discrepancies or damaged parts.
