Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at at Boundless Environment Resource Solutions Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹18000 - ₹22000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Book Writing & Accounting

o   Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in compliance with company policies.

o   Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper ledger management.

2.      Bank Coordination

o   Coordinate with banks for processing vendor and supplier payments.

o   Handle cheque deposits, fund transfers, and reconciliation of bank statements.

3.      Client Coordination

o   Follow up with clients for timely receipt of payments.

o   Track and record incoming payments against invoices.

o   Ensure proper communication with clients regarding cheque deposits and clearance.

4.      Compliance & Reporting

o   Maintain a monthly statutory compliance sheet for GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory dues.

o   Ensure timely payments and filing of statutory compliances.

o   Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to the management.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent).

·       1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

·       Knowledge of accounting software (Tally/ERP/MS Excel).

·       Good understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.).

·       Strong coordination and communication skills.

·       Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.
