We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to oversee financial operations directly at our project site. You will manage daily project expenses, verify material invoices, process vendor payments, and ensure strict budget compliance. This role bridges the gap between field operations and our central corporate finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily & Core Accounting Support using Tally Prime And MS Excel.
Ledger Maintenance: Update and maintain general ledgers, journals, and day-to-day transaction records.
Reconciliations: Perform daily or monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations to catch discrepancies.
Accounts Payable (A/P): Process vendor invoices, verify expense receipts, and prepare outbound payment batches.
Accounts Receivable (A/R): Issue itemised invoices to clients, track incoming payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
Month-End Close:Assist senior staff with closing cycles, preparing journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 06–2 years of accounting experience, specifically within Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing.
