Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) related work.
- Preparing and maintaining accounts-related records and documentation.
- Managing data entry and MIS reports.
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and documents.
- Coordinating with banks and internal departments regarding BG/LC documentation.
- Preparing reports and maintaining data in MS Excel.
- Ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned work.
Required Skills:
- Bank Guarantee & LC handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas, data filtering, etc.
- Good data entry and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate should be detail-oriented and accurate.
