About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team at Beyond Luxury. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting compliance with tax regulations. This role is crucial to maintaining financial integrity and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with accounting standards.

• Petty Cash Management: Monitor, reconcile, and manage petty cash transactions.

• Vendor Management: Oversee vendor accounts, including invoice processing, payments, and documentation.

• Invoicing: Generate, track, and manage client and vendor invoices efficiently.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.

• Taxation Support: Assist in the preparation and compliance of direct and indirect taxes.

• GST Compliance: Handle GST calculations, filings, and related documentation.

• Tax Filing: Contribute to accurate and timely filing of statutory taxes.

• Data Management: Maintain systematic and organized records—both digital and physical.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel

• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and taxation

• Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
