Designation= Accountant

Eligibility Criteria= +2 Commerce, +3 Commerce, Expert in Tally Prime

Experience= Minimum 5yrs Accounting exp in Trading companies.

Working Hours= 10hrs ( Including lunch)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Pro forma invoice verify and tax E- invoice prepare

2. E- way bill prepare related sales invoice

3. All purchase invoice entry with system

4. Compare sheet between GSTR-2B reconcile report prepare

5. Sundry creditors ledger reconciliation sheet prepare

6. All debit note/ credit note E-invoice prepare

7. Sundry debtors ledger checking and verifying

8. Outstanding of sundry debtors followup for collection

9. Outstanding register maintain of followup records

10. Banking back office transaction works

11. Sales and purchase, receipt & payment MIS report daily basis prepare

12. MIS monthly compare with books of accounts

13. Money receipt prepare with entry in system

14. Sales register and challan copy compare sheet prepare

15. E- invoice checking of sales register

16. Support to all statutory financial accounting data
