Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports.

• Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy in financial records.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.

• Support external and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.

• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, standards, and laws.

• Maintain and update vendor records.

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy.

• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial transactions.

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and month-end/year-end closings.

• Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.

• Assist in the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.

• Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies and initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.

• Prepare reports on TDS payable, TDS deducted, and reconciliation with the tax authorities.

• Monitor changes in TDS regulations and update the organization accordingly.

• Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and TDS returns.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of accounting experience.

• Fresher is also applicable (Tally - 1 year experience )

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
